Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for contract logistics customer service.
- Managing subordinate team and warehouse area.
- Ensuring budget targets and supervision of financial results.
- Developing warehouse and distribution processes.
- Taking care of professional and proper relations with customers.
- Supervision of quality management system.
- Adherence to the rules and procedures in the company.

Our requirements
- At least 2-5 years of experience as Manager position in Logistics company (for example: Warehouse Manager, Deputy Site Manager, Operations Manager).
- Ability to manage cooperation with customers (customer care, maintaining relationships)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English – allowing free communication in an international environment - At least C1.
- Experience in people management.
- Goal – orientation, communicativeness, customer focus.
- Experience in creating budgets.
- Experience in conducting contract negotiations.
- Very Good knowledge of warehouse processes.
- Experience in project management.
